1. Acceptance

By using this application, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

BarberBook is an appointment brokerage platform connecting barbers and customers. We operate the technical platform only and are not a party to the service relationship between barbers and customers.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain account security
• Notify appointment cancellations within a reasonable time
• Use the application in compliance with laws and ethical standards

4. Barber Membership and Payment

Barbers may use the free basic plan or a paid premium plan. Premium subscriptions are processed through Paddle. Subscriptions can be cancelled via the Paddle customer portal.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time. Refund policies for barber-cancelled appointments are the responsibility of the individual barber.

6. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from missed appointments, barber service quality, or technical interruptions.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the application. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice.
